There is no cost to borrow equipment but monetary donations are encouraged since we are a non-profit organization that relies solely on donations to operate.
CamdenCare Equipment L3C is a Maine benefit LLC whose mission is to provide durable medical equipment to assist individuals to remain in their homes and, assist them to “age in place.”
Donations:

We request that all donations of medical equipment are gently used or new, cleaned thoroughly, and in good working order.

Medical supplies or dressings must be unopened — including lotions, shampoos, etc., in unopened tubes or bottles.

Disposable underwear is accepted, even if the packet is open, as long as the packaging shows the size of the garment.

Drop off at 87 Elm St. Suite #215 on Wed & Thurs 9–12.
Equipment Loans:
- To assist patients as they age in place at home
- To support recovery from surgery, injury or chronic illness
- Includes soft goods such as personal hygiene products
- Available for use as long as needed

When finished with medical equipment, we request its return to us. Please return items clean and sanitary.

Medical equipment can be collected on Wed & Thurs 9–12 or by special arrangement.
While there are no fixed fees for the use of this equipment, a monetary donation based on the individual’s ability are gratefully accepted.
